On the afternoon of Sunday, November 5, 2023, a wallet containing credit cards and currency was stolen from Crazy Smokes, located at 2575 Highway 105, in Boone. The victim reported that multiple unauthorized transactions were made with his bank card(s). The person of interest in this incident is described as being a male, with bald head and a goatee. He was described as wearing a black hooded sweat shirt with “App State” embroidered on the front, black athletic shorts, and white athletic shoes. An image of the person of interest is attached.
