Our district is very appreciative of the School Nutrition team members who are on-site in the cafeterias at Green Valley School and Mabel School this summer. The summer meal program kicked off on June 16 with the first rounds of breakfast and lunch served. Students enrolled in the Summer School or Afterschool Summer Camp programs are provided with breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday. The schools also serve meals to the public each day with breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. until noon. Children ages 18 and under eat for free.
WCS appreciates the love and care that students and adults are given when they visit the school cafeteria not only during the school year, but also in the summer months. This hardworking team cleans, preps, cooks, serves, greets and withstands the summer heat.
Breakfast and lunch will be served until July 17. There will be no meals served on July 3 or July 4.

Students enjoy lunch and conversation in the cafeteria at Green Valley School.
