HISTORIC DAY!
Today (Wednesday, October 22, 2025) was the first full day of school at the new Valle Crucis School.
After months of anticipation and delays, including Hurricane Helene, students and staff are finally settling into their new 75,000 square-foot facility.
The now former Valle Crucis School, located just down the road from the new building, was destroyed by Hurricane Helene in 2024. Since that time, students and staff have been meeting in three different locations to have classes.
