💨 Scattered wind gusts up to 70 mph likely
Includes Watauga, Ashe, Alleghany, Wilkes, Surry, Yadkin, Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, Yancey, and surrounding counties into the Charlotte metro, Piedmont, and Upstate South Carolina.
