The temporary traffic shift pattern on 321 near Blowing Rock Fire Department has been removed and a normal pattern is now restored according to NCDOT on Wednesday afternoon. Motorist will also see a new alignment on Skyland View/ Trillium Lane at 321 and it is open to all traffic as of Wednesday.
