northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

There is a Marginal Risk for heavy rainfall today. Afternoon and
evening thunderstorms will be capable of heavy rainfall, which could
lead to localized flash flooding.
