This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
There is a Marginal Risk for severe storms this afternoon and
evening…especially along and east of the Blue Ridge. The main
threat is damaging winds.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Friday through Wednesday.
The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low at this time.
Much will depend on how the weather evolves in the tropical Atlantic
over the weekend.
