This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia and west central Virginia.

.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.

There is a slight risk (level 2 of 4) for excessive rainfall that
may lead to flash flooding tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday.

A risk for excessive rain is expected again Saturday and Saturday
night. Potential for heavy rain will also have to be monitored early
next week depending on the development and track of a tropical system
that is expected to develop near the southeast Atlantic Coast.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
