…AIR QUALITY ALERT IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SATURDAY TO 4 AM EDT SUNDAY…

The North Carolina Division of Environmental and Natural Resources has issued a Code Orange Air Quality Alert for elevations above 4000 feet, for the High Country of North Carolina, for Ground Level Ozone…from 10 AM Saturday, June 6th, to 4 AM EDT Sunday June 7th.

An Air Quality Alert means that Ground Level Ozone concentrations within the region may approach or exceed unhealthy standards.
