The N.C. Board of Transportation will hold its October meeting in NCDOT’s Transportation Division 11 from Wednesday, Oct. 5, to Thursday, Oct. 6.

This is the second out-of-town meeting the board has held this year. The purpose of holding meetings in different regions of the state is to enable board members to see transportation projects in the communities where they occur, to hear suggestions and concerns related to transportation policy, and gain more specific insight into emerging transportation trends and patterns that have the potential to impact all areas of the state.
