Another longtime High Country restaurant staple is closing. Grandview Restaurant in Foscoe made the announcement on Saturday.
The full statement is below:
“With a mix of pride and nostalgia, we announce that Grandview is officially hanging up its apron. Since 1977, we’ve been servin’ up comfort classics to our cherished High Country community. 48 years in the biz—what a ride! We’ll forever cherish the meals and times we’ve shared with all of you.”
As our “eggacy” comes to a close, we want to send a huge thank you to every person who’s been part of our journey. We’ve gathered a treasure chest full of your stories and look forward to sharing those memories in the near future.

This follows the announcement by The Red Onion in Boone that after 46 years they were closing on Monday, May 19th.
