Almalene Drive Drug Arrests – Avery County Sheriff’s Office Press Release:
On 9/21/2018 (Friday Sept 21) Investigators and Deputies with the Avery County Sheriff’s Office Charged five suspects on Almalene Dr, following an investigation into drug activity.
Billy Garner was arrested and charged with Possession with intent to Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with intent to Sell/Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession with intent to Sell/Deliver Marijuana, and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Tammy Elkins was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
Leslie Martin was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
Ann Wilson was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
Sabrina Ledford was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
Warrants are still outstanding for a sixth suspect.
