App State's Board of Trustees has approved ending the evening parking permit requirement.
Interim Chancellor Dr. Heather Norris made the announcement on Friday during a newsletter update. “The Trustees also unanimously approved a proposal to rescind the university’s evening parking pass requirement, which means no permit is required to park on the Boone campus after 5 p.m. on weeknights or on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of football game days or other special events.”, she stated in the update.
The evening parking permit carried a $120 annual charge to park on the Boone campus after 5 p.m. on weekdays.
