On May 26, 2016, Narcotics Detective from the Watauga County Sheriff’s Office conducted an undercover operation seizing over 5 grams of Heroin.
Stuart Alan Colwell, 32, of 1857 2nd Ave SW, Hickory, NC, was charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in Heroin, 2 Counts of Conspiracy to Traffic in Heroin, and Maintaining a Vehicle CS. Colwell was taken to the Watauga County Detention Facility in lieu of a $40,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in District Court on June 17, 2016.
Nathan Ryan Hendrix, 30, of 810 2nd St PL NE, Hickory, NC, was charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in Heroin and 2 Counts of Conspiracy to Traffic in Heroin. Hendrix was taken to the Watauga County Detention Facility in lieu of a $40,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in District Court on June 17, 2016.
