The Watauga County Emergency Management office is reminding residents that even though the storm is winding down continue to be mindful of conditions. In a Facebook posting on Saturday afternoon WCEM reminds motorist that white out conditions are still possible and secondary roads are still dangerous to travel.
The agency also reports that no major incidents have occurred as of 2pm Saturday. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until Sunday morning.
