    North Carolina and southeast West Virginia.
  • WHEN…From 8 PM EDT this evening to 8 PM EDT Thursday.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
    limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
