WIND ADVISORY — AVERY COUNTY

The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Wind Advisory for Avery County from 4 PM Monday to 5 AM Tuesday.
Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph expected.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Driving may be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Includes Banner Elk, Newland, and Ingalls.
