Beginning Monday, November 18th, our distribution site will be APPOINTMENT ONLY for feed, fencing supplies, and other miscellaneous farm supplies. Please call the Extension Office number to make an appointment for pick up : 828-264-3061. We are no longer accepting feed donations.
Hay appointments are now full through the end of November. We anticipate being able to continue hay distribution past November, but are now adding new requests to a ‘waitlist’ in order to not schedule over a month in advance.
If you are added to the waitlist, you will be called back in the order your name was added for appointments as we get closer to December. Please still call the hay hotline number to be added to the waitlist or make appointment changes: 828-319-2543. Hay pickup days are still Tuesday and Thursdays 1 p.m.-6 p.m., by advanced appointment only.
Distribution Site Address: 5715 US Hwy 421, Boone NC (next left after Maymead’s plant in Deep Gap heading towards Wilkes on Hwy 421).
