On June 11, 2014, Boone Police arrested Kristy Lynn Sparks, 20 years-of-age, Boone, NC, and Sean Jamason Arnold, 40 years-of-age, Elizabethton, TN. Both were charged with Felonious Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Felonious Possession of Precursor Chemicals. Sparks was also served with an outstanding Warrant for Misdemeanor Larceny.
Sparks received a $30,000 secured bond pending a July 25, 2014, appearance in Watauga County District Court. Arnold Received a $25,000 secured bond pending a July 25, 2014, appearance in Watauga County District Court.
