…Patches of Slippery Black Ice Expected Tonight…

Melted snow formed pockets of water on some sidewalks, parking lots and roads across the area during the day Sunday. This water is expected to refreeze overnight and form black ice, actual icy spots that appear only wet. Caution is recommended if driving or walking tonight.
