Louisville football assistant coaches have been summoned from the road to meet new coach Scott Satterfield Tuesday at noon.

Multiple online reports on Monday afternoon are confirming that current Appalachian State head football coach Scott Satterfield will be named the new head man at Louisville.
The Louisville Courier-Journal is reporting that University of Louisville athletic director Vince Tyra has made the decision, “according to a source with direct knowledge of the decision.”
The outlet also reports that a Tuesday 4:30 p.m. press conference has been scheduled and the University of Louisville Athletic Association has scheduled meetings starting at 4 p.m. Tuesday which includes the finance and budget committee and personnel committee and the board of directors.
After winning the inaugural Sun Belt title game on Saturday in Boone, the Mountaineers will face Middle Tennesse State in a December 15 bowl game in New Orleans.
