Motorist around the Holmes Center,on the ASU campus, will notice more congestion than usual for Spring.
Rivers Street has been narrowed from 4 lanes down to 2 to allow for a replacement steam line to be routed across the street. Michael O’Connor, Director of the ASU Physical Plant, tells WataugaRoads.com that he expects the road cut part of the project to be completed in 30 days, of course weather permitting.
