The Town of Boone has announced that portions of two roads will be closed separately for milling and resurfacing work.
On Sunday, September 15, 2019, State Farm Road from Highway 105 Extension to VFW Drive will be closed periodically from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Construction will continue beyond September 15th with intermittent road closures until the project is complete.
On Monday, September 16, 2019, Faculty Street from Highway 105 to Hardin Street will be closed periodically from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Construction will continue beyond September 16th with intermittent road closures until the project is complete.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during this time. All construction is weather dependent. The Town of Boone Street Division may be contacted at (828)268-6230.
