northwest North Carolina, southwest Virginia and west central
Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
There is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for severe thunderstorms
this afternoon with a primary risk of severe wind gusts and hail up
to the size of quarters.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Friday through Wednesday.
There is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for a few severe thunderstorms
late Friday night and again on Saturday. Thunderstorms may produce
strong to severe wind gusts and hail up to the size of quarters.
