northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

Showers and thunderstorms today will bring a potential for heavy
downpours. Localized flash flooding is possible. A few strong storms
with gusty winds may also occur.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday.
There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.
