Construction operations continue today on 321 in Blowing Rock with several operations scheduled this morning including paving between Tanger Outlets and Food Lion Shopping Center, backfilling behind curb at various locations, retaining wall construction between Green Park Inn and Canyons Restaurant, storm drainage structure installation, curb & gutter work and concrete driveway work at various locations.
5:38pm Monday June 27 – Wreck on 105 in front of Twin Rivers, traffic is backed up both directions.

Tuesday June 28
Construction operations continue today on 321 in Blowing Rock in spite of overcast skies and periods of drizzle. Several operations are scheduled this morning including paving again between Tanger Outlets and Food Lion Shopping Center, backfilling behind curb at various locations from Food Lion Shopping Center to Blowing Rock Furniture Galleries, retaining wall construction between Green Park Inn and Canyons Restaurant, storm drainage structure installation, curb & gutter work and concrete driveway work between Food Lion Shopping Center and Tanger Outlets, and curb work at Foggy Rock Pub.
Wednesday June 29
Construction operations continue today on 321 in Blowing Rock with several operations scheduled today including paving in the southbound lanes between Tanger Outlets and Cliff Dwellers Inn, traffic signal work at US221//US321 Bus/Main St, backfilling behind curb at various locations from Food Lion Shopping Center to Blowing Rock Furniture Galleries, retaining wall construction between Green Park Inn and Canyons Restaurant, storm drainage structure installation, curb & gutter work and concrete driveway work between Food Lion Shopping Center and Tanger Outlets, and curb work at Foggy Rock Pub.
Continued minor delays on 421 in Zionville due to on going utility work. Road down to one lane near the dumpster site.
1:25pm – Expect delays at Watauga River Road and Rominger Road and old Watauga River Road due to wreck. Power outages also in that area.
2:55pm – Use caution traveling Mountain Dale Road, large number of cattle are out in the 1800 block per scanner dispatch.
Thursday June 30
Various traffic shifts today on 321 in Blowing Rock from Tanger Outlets to Green Park Inn, EXPECT HEAVY DELAYS!
