  • WHAT…Temperatures as low as 33 will result in patchy frost
    formation.
  • WHERE…Portions of northeast Georgia, and the mountains and
    foothills of western North Carolina.
  • WHEN…From 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday.
  • IMPACTS…Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
    left uncovered.
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Frost will be especially prevalent in
    sheltered areas where winds will die off earliest in the night.
    This includes many valleys and low spots.
