Former App State Head Coach Shawn Clark is hospitalized after a medical emergency. That's according to a statement from the University of Central Florida (UCF), where Clark is offensive line coach.
The statement from UFC reads:
“Last night, UCF offensive line coach Shawn Clark experienced a medical emergency. He is currently in stable condition and receiving appropriate care. Coach Frost and our football and administration staffs are fully supporting Coach Clark and his loved ones during this time and our thoughts and prayers are with Shawn and his family. Updates will be shared as appropriate.”
Clark, who turned 50 on Aug. 16, was Head Coach at App State from 2019-2024.
