A Fleetwood man was arrested for damage to property at a local fire department.
Ashe County Sheriff B. Phil Howell announces the arrest of 20-year-old Daniel Ryan Goodman after the fire department wanted to report property damage.
On Monday July 10th, Fleetwood Fire Department reported that their parking lot had been damaged. A vehicle had left several hundred feet of black marks throughout the parking lot and covered the parking lines, according to a press release from Sheriff Howell.
The fire department has had a history of parking lot damage over the past several years, resulting in several thousands of dollars in damage. The damage Goodman caused is estimated to be at $1000, according to Sheriff Howell.
After his arrest, Goodman was placed under a $4000 secured bond and later released.
