Boone Police have arrested another subject in connection to a previously reported incident that occurred on July 17, 2013, in which Boone Police discovered that a convicted felon had sold a stolen firearm to a local pawnshop.
On December 19, 2013 Boone Police arrested Christina Denise Fox, charging her with one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and one count of Felony Possession of a Stolen Firearm. Ms. Fox was also served with an outstanding order for her arrest for failing to appear in Watauga County Court on a Misdemeanor Intoxicated and Disruptive charge.
Ms. Fox was taken before a Watauga County Magistrate where she was assigned a court date of January 23, 2014 and placed under a $20,000 secured bond.
