The Avery County Sheriff's Office has arrested two people for stealing mail in Land Harbor.
On February 13, 2022, the Avery County Sheriffs Office in conjunction with the Land Harbor Police Department arrested two individuals suspected of stealing mail from mailboxes in the Wes Brewer Road, Sugar Mountain #1, and Sugar Mountain # 2 roads.
