10:24am per incoming reports – No red lights working in Blowing Rock due to earlier power outages, Clearing wreck at Brookshire Road and 194, flooding occurring at airport/Bamboo and the Boone Mall parking lot facing 321, water at the bottom of the bridge at the Moose Lodge.
10:34am – Boone Docks street under water per scanner reports. Boone Fire Department responding to the Boone Mall parking lot with a boat to attempt rescue.
10:40am – Dewitt Barnett Road bridge underwater, 500 block of Church Hollow Road at Stables Road is washing out. Brookshire at 194 is back open, Boone Heights Dr and Boone Docks St are now closed due to flooding.
10:47am – Shull's Mill at Old Shulls Mill is under water. Flooding on Fairway Drive near the golf club.

11am – Deerfield Rd near the Moose Lodge is now closed due to flooding.
11:21am – Boone Fire is clear of water rescue at BooneDocks street.
11:34am – flood prone portion of Roby Greene Road underwater per scanner report.
Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 3:45pm.
