On April 5, 2013, Boone Police responded to a report of indecent exposure in the parking area of the Greenway Trail off Deerfield Road. As a result of the investigation Todd Vincent Williams, 46, of Boone was arrested.
Mr. Williams is alleged to have exposed himself to a female victim while he was sitting inside his vehicle, a Black Dodge Intrepid R/T.
Information gathered during the investigation suggests that Mr. Williams may have committed similar acts in the past. Anyone with information or concerns is asked to contact Det. Brackenridge, 828-268-6935, at the Boone Police Department.
