A graffiti culprit spray painted a wall of a local church over the weekend. The message was discovered around 5am Saturday morning Senior Pastor Darrell Hobbs of Greenway Baptist tells WataugaRoads.com.
Pastor Hobbs was preparing for Sunday morning services at the time WataugaRoads.com reached out to him on Saturday night, but he was able to add that Boone Police are investigating.
It's not known for this article who added the “NOT” to the graffiti. However in a good natured spirit Pastor Hobbs posted a photo to his Facebook page of a church deacon helping with the clean up. WataugaRoads.com will follow up with Pastor Hobbs next week for more information.
