Joshua Edmund Seay, 35 years-of-age, of Blowing Rock, NC, has been charged by Boone Police Department detectives for a March 11, 2013, incident where he obtained property by false pretense from Walmart in Boone. Mr. Seay is alleged to have used a receipt that was not his to obtain money from Walmart.
Mr. Seay turned himself in at the Watauga County Sheriff’s Office on September 14, 2013. Mr. Seay was given a $2000 secured bond pending an October 31, 2013, court appearance.
