…WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST MONDAY…
- WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations
of 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph. - WHERE…Portions of south central, southwest and west central
Virginia, north central and northwest North Carolina and
southeast West Virginia. - WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Monday.
- IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. - ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heavy snow and gusty winds may down tree
limbs and cause power outages. Travel conditions will be very
difficult.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
