    Henderson, McDowell Mountains, Mitchell, Rutherford Mountains, and
    Yancey Counties.
  • WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Saturday.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
    limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
