This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest North Carolina,
central Virginia, southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and
southeast West Virginia.
.DAY ONEā¦This afternoon and tonight.
Clusters of thunderstorms this afternoon and evening could become
severe. The main threat will be damaging wind gusts, but large hail
is also possible. Heavy rain may also cause localized flooding if
storms move over the same area.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVENā¦Wednesday through Monday.
Thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday could become severe, with
damaging winds and localized flooding the main threats.
