This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina
and northwest North Carolina.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
Breezy westerly winds are expected to develop again today, with
gusts between 20 and 30 mph developing by late morning and
continuing through this evening. Additionally, relative humidity
may drop below 25 percent. This dry air mass along with gusty
winds and drying fuels will create increased fire danger.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Wednesday through Monday.
There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.
