This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, south central Virginia, southwest
Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
.DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms develop this afternoon and
evening. Damaging winds and heavy rain leading to flash flooding is
possible with a few storms.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Friday through Wednesday.
Additional showers and thunderstorms will arrive along a
cold front overnight. Heavy rain leading to flash flooding is
possible.
Otherwise, there is a low probability for widespread hazardous
weather.
