The High Country Grizzlies have ceased operations for the 2019 season, a member of the current ownership group confirms to WataugaOnline.com.
The team also made an announcement on Facebook on Tuesday.
That statement reads, “The majority owners of the High Country Grizzlies, Paul and Christina Potter, have decided to cease operations of the team for the 2019 season to reorganize and assess the organization. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes our fans, sponsors, and the High Country. The Grizzlies hope to be back for the 2020 season.
