Motorists are advised to be aware of possible heavy traffic, and delays, around Legends on Thursday as Chelsea Clinton makes a campaign stop at Appalachian State.
According to an event post on Hillary Clinton's campaign site, “On Thursday, October 27, Chelsea Clinton will campaign at Appalachian State University in Boone.” She is scheduled to appear at 12:15pm.
