* WHERE…In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In Virginia,
Grayson County.
* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…In addition to the cold, expect some light
snow. Snow accumulations of an inch or two are possible,
especially at the higher elevations across the western portions of
the county.
