* WHERE…Avery County.
* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds and cold temperatures are expected to
produce wind chill values as low as 10 below zero tonight through
Friday morning. Values this cold can result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken. In addition, frostbite can occur
quickly if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
