Clodfelter & Patrick Arrested with Meth

Jefferson N.C. – Sheriff B. Phil Howell announces the arrest of 58-year-old Sherre Reavis Clodfelter of Winston Salem, N.C., and 54-year-old Michael Edward Patrick of Thomasville, N.C.

On May 14th, 2024, Deputy Cody Call performed a routine traffic stop on a vehicle. Deputy Call noticed that the vehicle's registration plate was expired.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Michael Patrick, and the passenger was Sherre Clodfeter.

Deputies found 2 clear baggies of a white crystal substance that was later identified as Methamphetamine. The total amount of Methamphetamine that deputies seized was over an ounce. Additional evidence was submitted to the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab for further analysis.

Deputies transported both Clodfelter and Patrick to the Ashe County Detention Center, where they were booked with the following charges:

Sherrie Reavis Clodfelter of Winston Salem, N.C., was placed under a $100,000 secured bond and later released. Her charges include:

  • 2 Felony Counts of Traffick in
    Methamphetamine
  • Possess Drug Paraphernalia

Michael Edward Patrick of Thomasville, N.C., was placed under a $100,000 secured bond and later released. His charges include:
