zero. - WHERE…Portions of southwest Virginia, northwest North
Carolina and southeast West Virginia. - WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT Sunday.
- IMPACTS…The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken. - ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds will gust 15 to 25 mph with gusts to
50 mph. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs and weaker trees could be blown down and a few
power outages may result.
