The Town of Boone's weekly Howard Street construction update shows continued progress this week, with sidewalk and hardscape work completed along the corridor and residents already using new benches and bike lanes.
Next week, crews will continue working in the area behind the 1850 Hotel, with additional sidewalk, hardscape, and asphalt work planned. The town says to expect additional temporary road closures in that area while the work continues.
Updates on the project are shared weekly by the Town of Boone.
