5:43pm – Roads in Boone city limits starting to get slick again. One accident on State Farm Road, expect delays there.
5:48pm – per scanner Seven Devils Road also getting slick.
5:52pm – Boone PD shutting State Farm Road down near the VFW.
5:54pm – accident also at Sorrento and Niley Cook.
6:21pm – portions of 105 between Linville and Boone are slick per incoming reports.
6:40pm – State Farm Road is back open.
7:55pm – no other reported slick roads via scanner. Temperatures are below freezing across the county so be alert for possible slick conditions along your travel route.
9:36pm – Fire departments responding to call off Ray Brown Rd. Caution emergency vehicles in area.
