Lane closures/flagging ops on 321 in Blowing Rock today near Tanger Outlets. Call 828-964-3260 for info.
1:46pm – AppalCART bus broke down on 321 at Boone Post office, could be some traffic delays in that area for a bit.
Got a report of power outages around Cove Creek area. Blue Ridge EMC says a tree was on the line affecting 57 members. All are back on now (as of 3:57pm)
7:12pm – Boone Water Dept is in the area of Poplar Grove RD/Poplar Grove Connector repairing a water leak. Water outages in the area up to 3 hrs according to Boone Police.
9:58pm – Fairway Drive from 321 to Kellwood will be closed due to an overturned Tractor Trailer in the Hairpin Turn/800 Block.
Tuesday Sept 16
4:15am – Fairway Drive is open and the roadway cleared.
The following lane closures/flagging ops on 321 in Blowing Rock are scheduled today, weather permitting: Near Tanger Outlets. This is a right lane closure in the outside southbound lane on #US321 and will remain in place 24 hrs-a-day until the sewer line work in this area is complete. On US 321 Bus near Chetola and on #US321 near Norwood Circle. Expect delays!

Friday Sept 19
Lane closure on 321 in Blowing Rock are scheduled today near Tanger Outlets, expect delays. 1pm – wreck on 105 at Poplar Grove Road, expect delays in that area. 1:24pm – 105 at Poplar Grove Road is back open up fully after accident.
