For Ashe: June 29 – 93 in 1927, June 30- 94 in 1936, July 1 – 93 in 1954, July 2 – 90 in 1933

For Alleghany: June 29 – 91 in 2008, June 30- 83 in 2007, July 1 – 84 in 2009, July 2 – 86 in 2006

For Avery: June 29 – 90 in 1936, June 30- 89 in 1936, July 1 – 87 in 1959, July 2 – 88 in 1931

The all time record highs are: Watauga – 96 July 10, 1936
Ashe – 98 Aug 21, 1925
Alleghany – 100 Aug 27, 2007
Avery – 98 June 21 1948
